How the number transfer works
Today: we activate your line on a temporary number so you can test the service and make sure everything works.
Within 24 hours: we email you a secure link to start the transfer of your real number. Click it whenever you’re ready.
You’ll need your previous carrier’s account number and PIN/transfer code to complete the transfer — we’ll ask for those when you click the link, not today.
Your old carrier stops billing automatically once the number moves. You will not be double-billed — the old bill ends the day the port completes.
A device lease doesn’t prevent you from switching. If you don’t have your previous carrier’s account info handy, you can request a transfer PIN from them in their app or by calling support. ZaytunaMobile support is here if you get stuck.
